Bob Derringer is known for his quality construction of fine custom homes. Owner of Derringer Construction Company, Bob has been in the business of building and developing his entire career. His knowledge and understanding of projects, scopes, budgets, and schedules are surpassed by none in the industry. He has a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget. Mr. Derringer is currently a member of the National Home Builders Association.
Neal Evans is a registered architect in Kentucky and Missouri and is a former partner in a large architectural firm. During his 23 years in the architectural field, Neal has designed over 10,000 units of various housing types and has been involved in development and construction as well. He possesses a well-rounded knowledge of design and construction, scopes, budgets and schedules for projects. In working with both public and private clients, he has realized the importance of developing unique designs conducive to both market and geographic demands and ultimately, making a project successful. Mr. Evans is a member of The American Institute of Architects.
